About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Digital Growth Strategist to join our team and help shape our marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in B2B marketing, experience in creating and implementing smart creative marketing strategies, and a track record of driving successful acquisition and lead generation campaigns.
Responsibilities
As a Digital Growth Strategist at flatfair, you'll be responsible for:
- Creating and implementing smart creative marketing strategies that attract new B2B customers and fuel our growth
- Designing campaigns that generate high-quality leads for the sales team and keep the pipeline strong
- Building and running initiatives that keep our customers engaged and satisfied, boosting their long-term loyalty
- Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure we're always working towards the same target
- Using analytics to measure, adjust, and improve our marketing efforts and refine our strategy
Requirements
To be successful as a Digital Growth Strategist at flatfair, you'll need to have:
- A solid background in B2B marketing and a track record of driving successful acquisition and lead generation campaigns
- Experience in content creation, including producing engaging and relevant content from social media posts to email campaigns
- An analytical mindset and ability to dive into data, measure results, and tweak strategies to improve performance
- Strong project management skills, with experience juggling multiple projects and delivering high-quality work on time
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey marketing messages clearly and persuasively across different channels
- Budget-conscious and able to manage marketing budgets effectively
