Administration Coordinator

A fantastic opportunity to work with our expanding Administration team in a dynamic and close-knit environment. As an Administration Assistant, you will provide fast and effective admin support for our customers and sales teams across the UK.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ordering fuel cards for new and existing customers, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
- Inputting card and account details onto our database system, maintaining data integrity and security.
- Sending cards out to customers with relevant paperwork, adhering to our quality standards.
- Production and distribution of correspondence to customers and colleagues, utilizing our Document Management system.
- Stopping/cancelling cards and account closures, resolving customer queries efficiently.
- Answering calls and dealing with customer enquiries, including transaction queries, providing excellent customer service.
- Contacting customers regarding cards/transactions, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
- Opening post, answering the intercom, and dealing with visitors and deliveries as required, maintaining a professional image.
- Scanning paperwork using our Document Management system, ensuring accurate and secure storage.
- Performing any other duties as may be reasonably required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements
- Previous experience of working in a high-transactional Administration function is essential for this role.
- A good standard of education, preferably with a 'C' or equivalent in English and Maths, is required.
- Experience working in an office environment is preferred, but not essential.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages – Word, Outlook, and Excel – is necessary.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required, ensuring data integrity and quality.
- Excellent communication skills, with a professional and confident telephone manner, are essential.
- Methodical and able to organise and prioritise tasks effectively, managing multiple responsibilities.
- Able to work well individually and as part of a team, demonstrating collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Motivated and enthusiastic, with a positive attitude towards work and colleagues.
