We are currently recruiting for Special Needs Teaching Assistant roles at our school located just north of Bristol. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs to achieve their academic and personal goals.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of supporting individuals with special needs and be able to adapt to changing circumstances. We welcome applications from experienced candidates who have worked in a school setting or supported children/adults with special needs before.

The estimated salary for this role is £23,000-£26,000 per annum, depending on experience.

  • Work collaboratively with teachers and senior staff members to develop and implement effective educational strategies
  • Provide individualised support to students on a one-to-one or group basis
  • Be comfortable supporting students with toileting needs (advantageous)
