Field Sales Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Representative to join our team at JCA Recruitment Specialists. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our product range of services to businesses in the London area and surrounding regions.

The Role

The main purpose of this role will be to:

  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships, increasing sales and revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our customer base
  • Work autonomously, managing your own time and diary to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with our team to share best practices and achieve business objectives
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a sales professional with a proven track record in field sales, account management, and new business generation. You will have experience selling solution-based products or services and be able to influence at all levels. You must have excellent communication, questioning, and listening skills, as well as the ability to understand the sales process and negotiate effectively. If you are a driven and results-oriented individual who is passionate about sales and customer relationships, we want to hear from you.
