Job Title: Senior Sales Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Sales Administrator to join our thriving business in Long Eaton. The successful candidate will have previous experience of managing the customer journey from start to finish, as well as processing invoices and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Sales Manager to ensure that we manage, report and control rental agreements, sale of new and used vehicles to dealers and customers.
  • Ensure records and data for all vehicles are complete and correct, process orders and invoices and prepare accurate and timely reports for senior management.
  • Check that rental agreements/orders are in line with sales protocol.
Requirements:
  • Good Management skills, have worked at a Senior level.
  • Proven experience in sales administration or a related field.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail and a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
