Candidate Requirements:

Role Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess new residential land opportunities for various market segments, including open market sales and affordable housing.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of local development prospects and competitor activities to inform acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborate with the development team to prepare and manage offers, coordinating necessary technical investigations for land bids.
  • Engage with Development and Sales teams to gather supporting information and track site progress.
  • Adhere to internal procedures, providing precise reports in compliance with governance standards.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with local authorities, agents, landowners, and promoters to uncover opportunities.
  • Represent the organization professionally, fostering strong relationships within the sector to enhance Vistry's visibility.
  • Work alongside internal teams to advance the development agenda and ensure competitive offerings.
  • Establish a robust land pipeline targeting the acquisition of approximately 250 homes annually, focusing on favorable margins and deal structures.
  • Ensure compliance with the Group's Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
