This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Senior Support Worker to take on a leadership role within our Inverness service.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor front-line staff to enhance their performance and capabilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement high-quality support plans for individuals.
- Maintain strong relationships with external agencies, such as families and Social Work Services.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in supporting individuals in care settings.
- SVQ Level 3 or willingness to work towards it.
- Registration with SSSC as a Supervisor in Care at Home and Housing Support Services.

$45,000 - $55,000 per annum.
