About the Job- This is an opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Registered Head Veterinary Nurse.
- You will lead our team across three Inverness practices.
As a Registered Head Veterinary Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional first opinion care to a diverse range of animals.
Job Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor veterinary care assistants to ensure optimal utilisation of resources and adherence to best practices.
- Oversee rota management, holiday scheduling, and performance appraisals for nursing staff.
- Maintain high standards of infection prevention and control, in line with regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate regular team meetings and training sessions to promote collaboration and professional development.
- Manage inventory and stock control processes, liaising with suppliers as necessary to ensure adequate supplies.
- Implement and monitor improvements in working practices to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Salary: up to £33,000 (plus up to £3,000 Relocation Allowance and up to £2,000 Welcome Bonus).
- An annual leave entitlement of 6.8 weeks, inclusive of bank holidays.
