About the Role

The HR Business Partner will play a vital role in championing Motorpoint's commitment culture. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, you will work closely with Operations Directors to develop People Strategies that support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Operations Directors to understand business goals and develop People Strategies
  • Work with the People Partner to analyse data and develop people strategies and plans
  • Manage and support the development of the People Partner
  • Develop processes and policies to drive a high-performance culture
  • Provide HR expertise in engagement, performance management, and workforce planning
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, including Operations Directors and Heads of Departments
  • Oversee engagement surveys, mandatory training, and induction programmes
  • Champion ED&I strategies and initiatives to create an inclusive workplace
  • Manage people data and provide insights to the Head of People and Culture and HR Director
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee commitment, satisfaction, and wellbeing
  • Lead consultation processes for internal and external projects

About You

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong track record of improving employee experience and engagement. You will have

At least 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or automotive retailPreferably a CIPD qualification at level 7 or above, but this is not essentialStrategic and dynamic approachExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage competing prioritiesResourceful and capable of finding solutions independentlyCalm and effective under pressureProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook & PowerpointConfident in navigating HR softwareTeam player, supportive, and always willing to assistUpholds Motorpoint's core values
