Strategic Talent Partner for Sales Team

At Impact Recruitment Group Ltd, a certified B Corp, we are partnering with a growing technology organisation to hire an engaging HR Business Partner. The company has experienced significant growth via acquisition and this role sits across the sales team of 150 headcount.
This Strategic Talent Partner will report into the Director of People Ops, working closely with a collaborative team, to partner with the demanding, fun and high-growth sales team. Key responsibilities include offering support to managers, providing solid advice on HR policies and procedures, managing ER cases including PIPS, disciplinaries & grievances, and becoming an extension of the team.
This position requires someone stepping up from a Senior Advisor role, with experience working within a fast-paced demanding environment, or an HRBP looking for a sideways move. Ideal candidates will be down-to-earth, hands-on and comfortable working with ambiguity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to make their mark and have impact from day one.
The successful candidate will need to live within commutable distance to Derby, allowing for easy access to our offices and other locations.
We offer a salary of £40,000 per annum, reflecting the competitiveness of the market in this region. In addition to your salary, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package that supports your well-being and career development.
