Advanced Nursing Practitioner

We are seeking an Advanced Nursing Practitioner - Wound Management to join our team at Medway Community Healthcare. As a key member of our tissue viability and wound therapy service, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality wound care to patients attending our wound clinics.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a passion for wound management. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of patient care and making decisions based on sound clinical judgment.
In addition to delivering wound care, you will also be responsible for supporting the senior wound therapist and taking charge of the clinics in their absence. This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our team.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including pension scheme options and in-service training and supervision. If you are a motivated and experienced nurse looking for a new challenge, please apply today
