About the Role

The University of Hull is adopting a new professional service delivery model, centralising services to ensure efficient operation and capacity for growth. As a key member of the Student Service Delivery (SSD) team, you will play a vital role in providing enquiry management and information services for prospective and current students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound enquiries via telephone, WhatsApp, live chat, and email
  • Participate in Open Days, Offer Holder Days, and other events for prospective students and applicants
  • Conduct outbound call campaigns and communications
  • Collaborate with other student service providers to ensure consistent and collaborative service delivery
  • Contribute to the development of service standards and improvements
