At Sporting House, we're seeking a dedicated Leisure Operations Assistant to join our swimming team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our swimmers, while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the pool and support the teaching team to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all swimmers.
  • Use technology to engage customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a premium experience, including customer engagement, training, and team meetings.
  • Assist with lifeguard duties, equipment maintenance, and health and safety checks.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe facility for all users and staff.

Requirements:

  • Fully funded training and qualifications provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service focused, with a determined and committed approach to quality and cleanliness.
  • Perseverance and patience to encourage and put people at ease.
  • Energetic, passionate, and hardworking personality.
