We're on the hunt for a talented and enthusiastic Leisure Operations Assistant to join our team at Sporting House

As a key member of our swim team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our swimming lessons and facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise the safety of our swimmers, delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and customer care.

Some of your key duties will include:

  • Providing lifeguard duties for learn-to-swim lessons for children aged 0-11
  • Delivering exceptional customer care to every swimmer and family member
  • Ensuring the safe provision of all equipment usage, storage, cleaning, and maintenance
  • Completing and recording health and safety checks as assigned by the swim manager
  • Maintaining the facility to a high standard at all times
  • Demonstrating a commitment to personal development through training and feedback
  • Being a positive role model for young people and encouraging them to reach their full swimming potential
