About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Leisure Operations Assistant. As a key member of our swim team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our swimming lessons and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the safety of our swimming lesson provision and deliver excellent standards of customer experience.
  • Support the teaching team and use technology to engage customers.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver a premium experience, including customer engagement and attending training and team meetings.
  • Provide lifeguard duties for learn to swim lessons and ensure the safe provision of all equipment usage, storage, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Complete and record electronically all relevant health and safety checks as assigned by the swim manager.
  • Maintain the facility to a high standard at all times by ensuring the centre is clean and safe for all users and staff.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to personal development through training, observation, and feedback on performance.
  • Be a positive role model for young people and encourage them to reach their full swimming potential.
