We're on the hunt for a talented Leisure Operations Assistant to join our team at Sporting House

As a Leisure Operations Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our swimming lessons and facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise the safety of our swimming lesson provision, delivering lifesaving and first aid provision and excellent standards of customer experience and premium facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the pool and support the teaching team
  • Use technology to support and engage customers
  • Work as part of a team to deliver a premium experience
  • Customer engagement, attending training and team meetings to share best practice and learn from each other
