Job Title: Registered General Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered General Nurse to join our team at a high-standard Nursing home in Bridgend. The successful candidate will have a strong background in caring for people with Dementia and other health conditions.

Job Summary:

The Registered General Nurse will be responsible for delivering individual care and social needs to patients with dementia and other health conditions. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to improving the lives of patients and providing holistic and therapeutic care and treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administering medication to patients
  • Reviewing and planning care for patients
  • Implementing care and treatment plans
  • Liaising with other professionals to deliver care to patients, including families
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Registered General Nurse
  • Previous experience within a Nursing role
  • Valid NMC Pin
  • Right to work in the UK
