Job Title: Registered General Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered General Nurse to join our team at a high-standard Nursing home in Bridgend. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in caring for people with Dementia and other health conditions.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide individualized care and support to patients, focusing on their unique needs and challenges. This role requires a compassionate and dedicated individual who is committed to delivering high-quality care and improving the lives of patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medication and review care plans for patients
  • Implement care and treatment plans, working closely with other professionals to deliver holistic and therapeutic care
  • Liaise with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
  • Valid NMC Pin and right to work in the UK
  • Previous experience in a Nursing role, preferably in a care home setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
