Job Title: Registered General Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Registered General Nurse to join our team at a high-standard Nursing home in Bridgend. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in caring for people with Dementia and other health conditions.

Job Summary:

As a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering individual care and social needs to patients with dementia and other health conditions. You will appreciate each individual patient for their unique personalities and amazing life stories while providing holistic and therapeutic care and treatment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administering medication to patients
  • Reviewing and planning care for patients
  • Implementing care and treatment plans
  • Liaising with other professionals to deliver care to patients, including families
Requirements:
  • Experience as an RGN
  • Previous experience within a Nursing role
  • Valid NMC Pin
  • Right to work in the UK
