Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered General Nurse to join our team at a high-standard Nursing home in Bridgend. The successful candidate will have a strong background in caring for people with Dementia and other health conditions.

The Registered General Nurse will be responsible for delivering individual care and social needs to patients, appreciating each individual for their unique personalities and life stories. The role involves administering medication, reviewing and planning care for patients, and implementing care and treatment plans.

• Administering medication to patients
• Reviewing and planning care for patients to meet their individual needs
• Implementing care and treatment plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
• Liaising with other professionals to deliver care to patients, including families

• Experience as a Registered General Nurse
• Previous experience within a Nursing role
• Valid NMC Pin
• Right to work in the UK
