About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team at Prince Personnel Limited. As a key member of our accounts department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and credit notes, and assisting with reconciliation of statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Processing invoices and credit notes in a timely manner
  • Assisting with reconciliation of statements
  • Performing ad-hoc accounts/admin duties as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within an accounts environment
  • Experience using MS Office software packages including Word and Excel
  • Good confident telephone manner

Salary: £8.78 per hour.
