Store DesignerJob Overview

This role involves working as a Store Designer for Frasers Group, focused on brand elevation and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the Jack Wills brand and its position in the market, along with a strong knowledge of fabrics and design capabilities across supply chains.

The responsibilities of the job include designing for multiple product categories such as wovens, jersey, knitwear & denim, and developing ranges with a focus on brand elevation. The successful candidate will be able to work across multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines, while contributing new and fresh ideas to the established design and buying team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop ranges with a focus on brand elevation and attention to detail
  • Work across multiple product categories such as wovens, jersey, knitwear & denim
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Jack Wills brand and its position in the market
  • Collaborate with the design and buying team to achieve brand elevation goals
  • Meet deadlines and work across multiple projects simultaneously
  • Contribute new and fresh ideas to the design team
  • Communicate effectively with factories and manage ranges from initial design through to production
  • Utilize expertise in knitwear design
  • Develop clear and detailed tech packs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Participate in the Frasers Fit wellbeing program
  • Support the Retail Trust charity
  • Work well within an established team, contributing to a positive and dynamic work environment
