Key Responsibilities:

  • Groom and style dogs to the highest standard, ensuring that every pet leaves our salon feeling happy and healthy.
  • Oversee the running of the salon, ensuring that it remains clean, safe, and welcoming for all pets and their owners.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach to motivate, train, and develop your team to the highest standards.
  • Responsible for the sales performance of the salon, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Booking and managing appointments, ensuring that every pet receives the best possible care.
  • Deliver high standards of customer service, ensuring that every pet owner feels valued and supported.
  • Ensure first-class spa presentation by maintaining high levels of housekeeping and equipment maintenance.
