The ideal candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm for pets and a strong customer focus. They will be able to groom and style all breeds of dogs to the highest standard and oversee the running of the spa.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Grooming and styling dogs to the highest standard
  • Overseeing the running of the spa
  • Leading by example and motivating, training, and developing the team
  • Responsible for sales performance and implementing improvements
  • Booking and managing appointments
  • Delivering high standards of customer service
  • Maintaining a high level of housekeeping and equipment maintenance

Essential skills and qualifications include:
