We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pet Grooming Specialist to join our team at Pets Corner UK. As a Dog Stylist and Spa Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality grooming services to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in pets, a proven track record of dog grooming to a high standard, and a confident and positive approach to handling dogs. They will also possess strong customer focus, a desire to build strong relationships with our clients, and a thirst for continued training and team development.

As a member of our team, you will have access to our extensive training and development plan, which includes over 900 different training documents and dedicated Academy classroom sessions. You will also receive a generous commission scheme, custom uniform, and high-quality equipment provided.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Grooming and styling dogs to the highest standard
  • Overseeing the running of the spa
  • Leading by example and motivating, training, and developing your team
  • Responsible for the sales performance of the salon
  • Booking and managing appointments
  • Delivering high standards of customer service
  • Ensuring first-class spa presentation
