We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced dog groomer to join our Dogwood team at Pets Corner UK. As a Dogwood groomer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional pet grooming services to our customers, ensuring their pets receive the highest standard of care and attention.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality pet grooming services, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and animal welfare. You will be required to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional pet grooming services, including nail trimming, bathing, and styling.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring excellent communication and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, adhering to health and safety protocols and regulations.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Dogwood team, supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge and expertise.

Requirements:

Proven experience of dog grooming to a high standard.Strong customer focus, with a desire to get to know customers and their pets, building strong relationships.Confident and positive approach to handling dogs, with a willingness to learn and develop skills.Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, adhering to health and safety protocols and regulations.
