Job Title: Dog Grooming Stylist

At Pets Corner UK, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Dog Grooming Stylist to join our team at Dogwood, a natural pet grooming salon within our award-winning stores. As a Dog Grooming Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality grooming services to our canine clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Groom and style dogs to the highest standard, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the running of the spa, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach to motivate and develop your team to Dogwood's high standards.
  • Responsible for sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
  • Manage appointments, ensuring efficient and effective use of time.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients and their pets.
  • Maintain high standards of spa presentation, including housekeeping and equipment maintenance.
Essential Skills:
  • A genuine interest in Dogwood, our vision, products, and values.
  • Proven experience in dog grooming to a high standard.
  • Confident and positive approach to handling dogs.
  • Strong customer focus, with a desire to get to know our clients and their pets.
  • Thirst for continued training and team development.
  • Drive and determination to work effectively as part of a team and under own initiative.
  • Willingness to pass grooming knowledge to trainee stylists.
