Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Dog Grooming Stylist to join our Dogwood salon team at Pets Corner UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality grooming services to our furry friends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert dog grooming services to a variety of breeds and coat types.
  • Oversee the running of the salon, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a hands-on approach to motivate and develop your team to meet our high standards.
  • Drive sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage appointments and bookings efficiently.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring our customers and their pets feel valued and cared for.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and equipment maintenance.
Essential Skills and Qualities
  • A genuine passion for dog grooming and a commitment to ongoing training and development.
  • Proven experience in dog grooming to a high standard.
  • A confident and positive approach to handling dogs, with a focus on their welfare and well-being.
  • Strong customer focus, with a desire to build strong relationships with our customers and their pets.
  • A thirst for continued learning and team development.
  • The drive and determination to work effectively as part of a busy team and under your own initiative.
  • Willingness to share your knowledge and expertise with trainee stylists.
