About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Engineer to join our team at British Airways. As a key member of our Engineering organisation, you will play a vital role in supporting the BA Mainline and Euroflyer fleets.

In this dynamic position, you will coordinate and oversee working parties for aircraft recovery, ensuring safe, efficient, and expedient return to service while managing the recovery team's welfare. You will also improve aircraft and engineering performance through proactive use of Aircraft monitoring and prognostic tools.

Additionally, you will be responsible for analysing and acting on safety reports and repetitive defects, providing on-site specialist technical support as required, and sourcing approved data necessary for safe maintenance and repair.

About the Team

You will be part of our MAINTROL team within the Engineering organisation, working from our Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) based at the BA HQ in Waterside, Heathrow airport.
