Candidate Requirements
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Relationship Manager - Sales Support to join our team at KBM Resourcing. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, maintaining customer records, and supporting the sales team in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer enquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Assist the sales team in preparing and following up on sales quotations and proposals.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments to maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (desirable).
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.

Compensation Package:
- Competitive salary: 26-30K per annum, dependent on experience.
- Comprehensive private medical insurance after two years of service.
- Four times annual salary life insurance cover.
- Contributory pension scheme paid through salary sacrifice.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:00.
- Friday: 08:00 - 15:30.
