">Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Training Administrator to facilitate and administer training arrangements on behalf of our clients. This role involves managing all aspects of arranging and maintaining training requirements, including course bookings, scheduling training, and obtaining certification.
About the Role:As a Training Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of training for designated clients. Your duties will include answering incoming calls and responding to training enquiries in a timely manner, proactively speaking with clients and delegates, building strong working relationships, and providing world-class customer care.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls and responding to training enquiries in a timely manner
- Proactively speaking with clients and delegates
- Building strong working relationships with clients
