**HR Coordinator**

**Part-time 25 - 30 hours per week**

**Role overview**

As a HR Coordinator you will support the successful delivery of all HR administrative activity. You will be responsible for providing support and specialty HR & Payroll processing and guidance to all colleagues whilst always ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. You are the face of the HR team for the business, and key to ensuring an excellent experience for employees and managers seeking support from the HR team.

The HR Coordinator will be the first point of contact for all employee enquiries, providing an effective and efficient service on all generalist activities, ensuring deadlines are met and all relevant work activity is completed accurately.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Act as the first point of contact for general HR queries, proactively managing the HR shared mailboxes on a day-to-day basis in line with SLA’s
- Collate and process the payroll information for the monthly payroll processes and responsible for post payroll queries and corrections
- Provide advice on HR processes and Company procedures, escalating any complex queries to the HR Director
- Provide support for the recruitment and selection of staff, supporting the Talent Management team, including seeking internal approval for vacancies, scheduling interviews, and being a member of the interview panel where required
- Use the HR System to maintain records and provide regular and ad-hoc statistical/management reports as required, including regular management information
- Ensure that all new starts, internal movements and leavers are tracked and documented accurately and that systems are updated accordingly
- Supporting the HR team with all employee relations cases, which includes taking minutes of meetings, participating in investigations, arranging hearings and collating case files for escalation
- Updating employee benefits information including pension and healthcare membership schemes ensuring that all enrolments and additions are captured accurately and on time
- Conducting exit interviews, maternity meetings, flexible working meetings in line with policy and ensuring all relevant information is recorded and fed back to key stakeholders

**You will have**:

- Proven experience at HR Coordinator level or relevant human resources position
- Payroll experience
- Working understanding of HR principles, procedures and best practices.
- Experience of effectively managing own workload to meet deadlines and using initiative when required
- Experience in ADP and HR data reporting (Desirable)

This is a permanent position, hours of work to be agreed (25 to 30 hours per week over 5 days), based from home, however with the occasional requirement to visit their UK facilities.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year
