Learning Management Services Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Learning Management Services Specialist to join our team at 3t in Montrose, Scotland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of training for designated client(s), including course bookings, scheduling training, and obtaining certification.
The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing Training Strategies: Collaborate with clients to develop tailored training strategies that meet their specific needs and objectives.
- Managing Training Records: Maintain accurate records of training schedules, certifications, and client interactions.
- Providing Expert Guidance: Offer expert advice to clients on training matters, ensuring they receive high-quality service and support.
You will also work closely with clients, delegates, and third-party training providers to ensure smooth service delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.
