Role Overview

Ensure the prompt and accurate handling of all client transfers, including coordination with external parties. Address inquiries from front office teams, such as Investment Management and Client Services, in a timely manner. Monitor and respond to all incoming queries on a daily basis. Identify weaknesses in internal controls and propose potential enhancements. Assist in gathering management information related to Transfers In functions, bringing issues to the attention of the team manager as necessary. Engage in and contribute to any project-related tasks as required.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strategic and commercially aware operational approach, along with exceptional planning, organizational, and communication skills.

A commitment to delivering high-quality service that prioritizes consumer outcomes in alignment with key performance indicators and business objectives. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to promote consistency and cultural alignment with our brand. Previous experience in an Investment Operations role is advantageous. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor conversations for various external stakeholders and levels within the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is preferred but not mandatory. A proactive and positive attitude, with a strong desire to achieve results. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Adaptability to changes in processes and the implementation of new systems.
