Job Title: Operational Transfer Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Operational Transfer Specialist to join our team at Evelyn Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient transfer of clients between different systems and teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- To ensure all client transfers are dealt with promptly and accurately, including liaison with external third parties.
- Respond to queries from front office teams in a timely manner.
- Monitor and respond to incoming queries daily.
- Identify weaknesses in internal controls and recommend potential improvements.
- Assist in the collation of MI relating to Transfers Out functions.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Commercial awareness and strategic operational approach.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with peers to drive consistency and cultural alignment.
- Previous experience in an Investment Operations role is desirable.
