About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor/Collection and Delivery Driver at FMG Repair Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to completion of work.
  • Collect and deliver vehicles to and from our Bodyshop, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and paperwork, including job cards, files, and vehicle progress reports.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing job cards and files, and maintaining an efficient filing system.
  • Work collaboratively with the General Manager and other team members to achieve business objectives and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role and a driving role is desirable.
  • Excellent knowledge of the roads in your area and a full UK/EU driving licence is essential.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
