Job Overview:
Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Senior HSE Business Partner to join their globally renowned manufacturing organization. As a key member of the team, you will drive strategy and oversee HSE initiatives across the division.
The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification and experience working within a manufacturing/engineering/supply chain environment. They will be a hands-on leader who can implement and maintain HSE policies, ensuring alignment with global group standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental strategies
- Lead continuous improvement efforts and coach operational stakeholders
- Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards
