About the Role

The HSE Recruitment Network is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Contractor to support a business in Tamworth navigate an ISO audit and provide general health and safety duties until a permanent HSE Manager is appointed.

This contract role offers a competitive day rate of approximately £450, paid through an umbrella company. The ideal candidate will be immediately available, commute from the local area, and have experience guiding businesses through ISO audits in a similar contract capacity.

  • A strong background in Manufacturing or Distribution is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the business in preparing for an ISO audit by conducting risk assessments and implementing necessary corrective actions.
  • Provide general health and safety advice and guidance to the team until a permanent HSE Manager is appointed.
  • Develop and maintain effective health and safety procedures to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Health and Safety Contractor or in a similar contract role.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: £450 per day
