Job Title: EHS Professional Leader

Location: Tamworth

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Job Description

This role involves leading the development of a safe working environment and promoting best practices across all operational teams. As an EHS Professional Leader, you will have a strong background in Environmental, Health and Safety management, with experience in implementing 14001 and 45001 standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement new safety protocols as necessary.
  2. Collaborate with operational teams to ensure compliance with EHS regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness.
  3. Benchmark industry best practices and integrate innovative methods and technologies to enhance organizational performance.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH certification or equivalent qualification.
  • Extensive knowledge of 14001 and 45001 standards, including implementation and maintenance.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in an EHS field, preferably in a similar environment.
