Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Concrete Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
- Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact the project.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Ensure that all project documentation, including reports, minutes, and correspondence, is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
- Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in the concrete sector.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Ability to work under pressure, with tight deadlines and budgets.
- Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and company policies.
