About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Digital Director to support our ambitious plans for digital transformation in the Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care System (ICS).

The successful candidate will play a key role in bringing together information from records held by different health and social care organisations, enabling health and care professionals to access a real-time summary of key information, safely and securely as they deliver care to our population.

The focus of this role will be to support the ICS to scope, identify, baseline, and plan the benefits realisation approach to implementing a digital advance care plan (ACP) solution, complementing our current technical solutions, strategies, architecture, and data sharing platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team to achieve our aim of improving health and wellbeing, and reducing health inequalities for the 1.6 million people who live in Hertfordshire and West Essex.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital transformation, healthcare informatics, and integrated care systems, with experience of working in a fast-paced, vibrant environment.
