About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Benefits Realisation Lead to join our team at NHS Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB). As a key member of our Digital Transformation team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of digital advance care planning (ACP) solutions to improve care for people with frailty and end of life care.

Main Responsibilities

As Benefits Realisation Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of digital ACP solutions to improve care for people with frailty and end of life care
  • Working closely with stakeholders to identify and scope benefits realisation approaches for digital transformation projects
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including health and social care organisations, to ensure effective collaboration and information exchange
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on benefits realisation methodologies and tools to support digital transformation projects

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent understanding and demonstrable approach to benefits management
  • Knowledge and experience of digital transformation and information exchange systems within NHS, healthcare, and/or social care settings
  • Experience of substantial digital change programmes, including shared care records, interoperability, and digital exchange of information
  • Management methodology qualification (APMG Change Management Practitioner or equivalent certification), or similar level experience
