Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Lead to join our team at NHS Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our ambitious plans for digital records sharing within the Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care System (ICS).

The ICS strategy describes an integrated and person-centred model of care, designed to meet the needs of our population, delivered in local neighbourhoods. To deliver this strategy, we have identified five key priorities for the next two years, covered in our medium-term plan.

As the Digital Transformation Lead, you will work closely with our ICS Digital Transformation team to bring together information from the records held by different health and social care organisations that our population receive care from. This will enable health and care professionals to access a real-time summary of key information, safely and securely, as they deliver care to our population.

Key responsibilities will include supporting the ICS to scope, identify, baseline, and plan the benefits realisation approach to implementing a digital advance care plan (ACP) solution. This will involve working closely with our ICS partners and neighbouring ICSs to ensure seamless integration and data sharing.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who can lead our digital transformation efforts and drive positive change in the lives of our patients and communities.

Main Duties
  • Support the ICS Digital Transformation team to bring together information from records held by different health and social care organisations
