About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Benefits Realisation Lead to join our team at NHS Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board (ICB). As a key member of our Digital Transformation team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of our digital advance care plan (ACP) solution.

Key Responsibilities

As the Digital Benefits Realisation Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the ICS Digital Transformation team to bring together information from records held by different health and social care organisations.
  • Scoping, identifying, baselining, and planning the benefits realisation approach to implementing a digital ACP solution.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the digital ACP solution.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent understanding and demonstrable approach to benefits management.
  • Knowledge and experience of digital transformation and information exchange systems within the NHS, healthcare, and/or social care setting.
  • Experience of substantial digital change programmes, such as shared care records, interoperability, and digital exchange of information.
  • Management methodology qualification (APMG Change Management Practitioner or equivalent certification).
