Senior Administrator - Business Operations

The role reports to a Manager within a team of professionals supporting the ICS client onboarding and periodic reviews.

Purpose of the Role

The post holder will be responsible for assisting with the ongoing regulatory requirements, performing ongoing and one-off reviews, and assisting in the onboarding of ICS clients.

Main Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Completion of tasks related to the onboarding of ICS clients.
  2. Completion of MIS and KRIs for reporting purposes.
  3. Participation in various projects related to quality assurance, risk management, operations, and compliance initiatives.
  4. Review and approval of CDD in relation to CDD refresh/trigger events.
  5. Completion of periodic and 120-day reviews.
  6. Adherence to Risk & Associated Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation.
  7. Adherence to CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level and in-house procedures.
  8. Adherence to the Group's core values and expected behaviors.
  9. Any other duties as deemed necessary by Management.

Essential Requirements

  1. Previous experience of onboarding funds/corporate services clients or experience in a compliance/CDD related role.
  2. Ability to investigate and respond to client/stakeholder queries.
  3. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
  4. Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities using own initiative.
  5. Superior communication skills (verbal and written).
