Bid Coordinator

As a Bid Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating bids for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced industry. The successful candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work independently with minimal supervision. The Bid Coordinator will play a crucial role in the growth and development of our business. Our client is a well-established, large Fire & Security firm employing over 150 staff, serving a diverse range of customers across Commercial, Domestic, and Industrial sites.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  2. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
