Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Planning Specialist to join our team in Newcastle or Manchester. This role will involve performing scheduling duties during the bid or settlement phase for complex turnkey power transmission projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Build, customize and update a settlement schedule with more than 4000 activities (Primavera P6 scheduling software)
  • Plan and coordinate contract schedules with project management, engineering team, construction management or subcontractors throughout the execution phase
  • Regularly updating the schedule taking into account established project management methods and project reporting (critical path analysis, milestone trend analysis, earned value management, deviation analysis)
