We are seeking an outstanding Care Assistant to join our team at Randolph Hill Nursing Home in Dunblane, near Stirling. This is a permanent full or part-time opportunity, with options for banking hours also available.
Compensation and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive $13.36 per hour, with overtime paid at time plus 33%. In addition to this, we offer a range of benefits, including enhanced sick pay, a fully funded stakeholder pension scheme, and up to 33 days annual leave entitlement.
Job Description- Provide high-quality care to residents, promoting their independence and well-being
- Contribute to a safe and healthy environment, adhering to SSSC Code of Conduct
- Maintain accurate records and reports, using strong oral and written communication skills
- A minimum of 1 year's experience working in care settings, such as nursing homes, hospitals or community-based services
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and situations
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with residents, colleagues and other stakeholders
