As a Nursing Home Support Worker, you will be responsible for promoting the highest standards of care within our nursing home, upholding residents' rights to privacy, dignity, and choice. You will also provide a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, adhering to SSSC Code of Conduct and maintaining accurate records.

Job Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 1 year's care experience gained within any care of the elderly setting, such as nursing home, hospital, or community-based care.
  2. Strong oral and written communication skills, especially report writing, and the ability to problem solve and manage diverse situations effectively.
  3. Experience working with elderly people and knowledge of dementia, delivering clinical support in this area.
