Job Title: Care Worker

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Care Worker at Randolph Hill Nursing Home in Dunblane.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote the highest standards of care within the nursing home
  • Uphold residents' rights to privacy, dignity, and choice
  • Provide a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year's care experience gained within any care of the elderly setting
  • From time to time, we may consider individuals without experience if they have good reasons for looking to work within the care sector
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, especially report writing
Benefits
  • Market leading rates of pay - from £13.24 - £18.36 per hour
  • Optional overtime paid at time + 33%
  • Permanent full or part-time or bank posts available
  • Enhanced sick pay covering up to 28 weeks
  • Fully funded stakeholder pension scheme
  • Up to 33 days annual leave entitlement

Estimated Salary: £15-£20 per hour (dependent on experience)
